Someone who has come from a different country to establish permanent residence, expecting to live for free and enjoying all their benefits at the expense of the taxpayers.
Gimmigrants have no intention of working or even abiding by the laws and social norms of the host country.
In the final analysis, when Gimmigrants don't get their way, they play the discrimination/race card on the host nation.
