For those unfamiliar with the story...last week Tim Walz and Democrat officials in Minnesota decided to PARDON Tou Lue Vang, an illegal immigrant who r*ped a 10 year old girl, tried to claim it was HER FAULT, and then tried to pay her $10 to keep quiet. #pardon
