Sep 1977, Earth Day Co-Founder, Ira Einhorn, murdered his girlfriend, composted her body within a trunk in his closet and fled to France to avoid prosecution. Before fleeing the country, he told those who were inquiring about the whereabouts of his girlfriend that she went out for some tofu and never returned.
